PRIVATE EVENTS:

Our space is large, open, and modern. It is located right in the heart of historic downtown. We offer our space to rent for private events, we offer catering options of all price points, and additional drink options such as latte bar, local craft beers, and/or wine bar. We also have some unique smaller spaces that are sometimes available, See the details below.

OUR SPACE:

We offer the coffee shop to rent for private events after hours. During your time, the shop will be closed to the public and at least one staff memeber will be on-site. If you are interested in holding a smaller meeting or event, there is no charge during business hours. (see details below)

– CAPACITY AS OF JANUARY 2021: Up To 75 

– BUILDING RENTAL FEES:

Weekday Fees: $75 an hour with a 2-hour minimum

Weekday Discount Off-season (Nov – Feb) $50 an hour

Weekend Rates: $100 an hour with a 2-hour minimum

Weekend, Off-Season Discounted Rate: (Nov – Feb) $75 an hour

OUR FOOD AND DRINKS: 

We offer a wide variety of options from small bakery trays and finger foods, to buffets, or full plated meal options. In the past we have done barbecue buffets, taco bar, sandwich bar, charcuterie trays, plated dinners, and much more.  The options are endless with every budget taken into consideration.

Latte Bar: We offer a full, latte bar option for events at the Coffee House.

Wine Bar or Craft Beers: We also have the option to add craft beers or wines of your choice to the event.

Have a smaller group? 

BALCONY SUITE:  Located above the coffee house with a rear entrance. The Balcony Suite is a large, open apartment with a kitchen and a table that seats 10 people. It also features a theater system with a large projection screen and and a sectional sofa with additional seating. (PLEASE NOTE: This space is also available for nightly rentals through AirBNB, but as a nightly rental it is restricted to 5 guests and no events when booked as a nightly rental. Any events MUST BE booked through the Coffee House event system)

COMING SOON: The Ellis House 1886: An amazing, historic victorian venue for smaller events of up to 40 people located on the historic loop close to the Crescent hotel. Opening March of 2021.

We have many catering options in house and for delivery. We offer lots of options from veggie and fruit trays, baked goods, and full meal options.

Please note: Our pricing varies greatly depending on what food items you choose. We normally price per person or by the tray for finger food trays and by the person for buffet and plated meals. Consider your budget per person and we can give you options from there. We have amazing options for every budget.

Fill this form out and submit it. There is a 50% down booking fee required to hold your date. When we receive the information on this form, an invoice will be created and sent for your final approval and to pay your booking fee. If there is an issue with your date, you will receive a response notifiying you that the date is not available.  Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Package A: Latte Bar and Appetizer/Finger Foods $875

  • 3 Hours in the Coffee House
  • 40 – 50 guests
  • Latte Bar with Water and drip coffee
  • A variety of baked goods, meat, veggie, and cheese trays for 50 guests
  • A simple, white, 3 tier wedding cake with the option of greenery or your own topper that you provide. 

Package B: Basic Baked Goods and Coffee $450

  • 2 Hours in the Coffee House
  • 25-35 Guests
  • Drip Coffee, Water, and Iced Tea
  • 4 Trays of baked goods 

Package C: Large Group Finger Foods/Appetizers with Latte Bar  – $1300

  • 3 Hours in the Coffee House
  • 60-75  guests
  • Latte Bar with Water and drip coffee
  • A variety of baked goods, meat, veggie, and cheese trays for 75 guests
  • A simple, white, 3 tier wedding cake with the option of greenery or your own topper that you provide. 

Package D: Barbecue Buffet $1200

  • 3 Hours in the Coffee House
  • 40 – 50 guests
  • Lemonade, Tea, and Water
  • Buffet Barbecue Meal with 2 meats, potatoes, beans, coleslaw, rolls, and a dessert. 

Package E: Sandwich trays $850

  • 3 Hours in the Coffee House
  • 30-50 guests
  • Lemonade, Tea, and Water
  • Croissant Sandwich Trays, Chips, Veggie/Fruit Trays, and Dessert Tray
